Sinus Headaches A sinus headache is a headache caused by pressure or congestion in your sinuses.   Symptoms of a sinus headache may include:  1. Pressure in the forehead, cheeks, and/or around the eyes 2. Runny nose 3. Nasal congestion  4. Pounding headache (especially when bending forward) 5. Fever Sinus headaches can be caused by an illness or from allergies so it's important to know what the cause is in order to treat most of the time.
