POSITIVE THINKING
No stinkin' thinkin'! The narrative that we say to ourselves all day long is the voice we hear from the most. What is your narrative? Are you a bully to yourself? Would you say the same things to a friend? I can't tell you how much positive thinking will change your life. Let's work on checking ourselves. If we hear ourselves speaking negatively to ourselves STOP what you are doing and reframe it.
Example: Change "I can't lose weight" to " I am working on losing weight. It takes one day at a time."
Let's vow to be a better friend to ourselves!
