WORKOUTS
I know that "workouts" can seem daunting for most people. The thing is you just need to move. Things in motion tend to stay in motion. When you think you aren't doing enough just going for a walk you needd to tell yourself that you are LAPPING everyone on the couch.
Consistency is more important than each individual workout. So if you are consistently working out 3-4 days per week you WILL see results. Just like getting adjusted more often you see greater results faster.
What you do EVERYDAY matters more than what you do once in a while.
