Most people decide on January 1st they are going to take on tackling exercise and "dieting". What usually happens is people start out full force and lift weights that are too heavy, they do too many reps, they eat such little amount of food they are starving, and they become SORE and HUNGRY and CRABBY.

If you have started and you are sore, try backing off a little bit. Try starting slower. Don't compare yourself to the people in the video or at the gym. They have been doing this for a while OR they are doing things the wrong way anyways.
If you aren't eating enough food, then I would suggest eating MORE FOOD but make sure it is nutritious food. Your body NEEDS fuel ESPECIALLY if you are exercising more. And don't forget WATER!
And remember it takes time and patience to get to the body you are hoping for. Just keep swimming ;)
